Educational Qualifications:

Work Experience & Skills required

• Minimum 250 Total Log hours.
• Minimum 2 Years working experience in any Industrial areas like Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power plant and Coal & Mining.
• Minimum 06 months as Rope access Technician.
• Experience in various methods of Surface preparation and painting like Blasting (Abrasives: Grit, Shot, Copper slag, etc) , manual cleaning, Power tool cleaning, Brush/Roller painting, Spray painting etc.
• Knowledge on effective utilization and maintenance of P&M deployed at site.
• Achievement of daily and monthly targets.
• Ensuring job execution with quality and safety requirements of the project.
• Proficient in Hindi & English.

Educational Qualifications:

Degree/ Diploma having 4 to 6 years of QA/QC related work experience preferably with NACE /BGAS certification.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3000 Log hours
• Minimum 5 Years as Rope access Technician and at least 2 years as Level 3 Supervisor.
• Minimum 7 Years working experience in any Industrial areas like Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power plant and Coal & Mining.
• Implementation and maintenance QHSE procedures and policy.
• Experience in various methods of Surface preparation and painting like Blasting, manual cleaning, Power tool cleaning, Brush/Roller painting, Spray painting etc.
• Providing resolution to customer complaints, by identifying the root cause and implementation of corrective measures.
• Ensuring safety implementation, emergency preparedness and response on site.
• Adequate job knowledge & skills essential for executing the job effectively.
• Should be able to communicate effectively with his working crew (Job specific/safety related)
• Ability to carry out risk assessment associated as per the job conditions.
• Ability to prepare and document Progress reports and QHSE reports.
• Knowledge & experience in complex & advanced RA rescue methods.
• Knowledge & certifications in basic First aid & Emergency response.
• Ability to manage a group of technicians in a planned organizational manner

Educational Qualifications:

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 15 plus years of relevant work experience in the field of Industrial Coatings.

Candidates with NACE / BGAS Certification will be preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Fire & Safety from recognized University having 10 to 12 years of work experience in Construction Industry.

Candidates with NEBOSH, IOSH certification preferred.

Prerequisites

• HSE planning, implementation & monitoring at sites.
• Hazards Identification, Risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis.
• Implementing Safety Management programs and other Health and safety activities like medical checkup, first aid etc
• Conducting safety trainings, Tool Box Talks, Safety walk downs to build safe work environment & culture.
• Maintain and submit proper reports like Near Miss/ Incident report, safety meeting, PPE stocks, Safety task assignments etc.
• Conducting internal audits, motivational programs and coordinating for Third party & Client audits.
• Develop & create safe work environment & culture.
• Ensure closure of NCR, audit points and other observations with proper root cause analysis and corrective & preventive actions.
• Ability to lead team towards achievement of company goals with safety

Educational Qualifications:

Degree/ Diploma having 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience of Industrial Painting & Coating.

Prerequisites

• Ability to forecast plan i.e. macro & micro level planning of the project.
• Project schedules within the frame work of the contract in hand.
• Preparation of Monthly & daily work plans and progress reports.
• Preparation of Project completion schedule, weekly / monthly schedule etc.
• Monitoring & Management of resources.
• Adequate knowledge of standards and test/inspection methods related to the field.
• Monitoring project program & implement necessary correction towards achievement of goals.
• Awareness on planning methodologies and adapt to usage of software’s like Primavera.

• Conversant with P&M, Tools & Tackles, Spares & Consumables, Paints & Thinners etc used in the industry.

Educational Qualifications:

• Knowledge of various types of scaffolding (eg. Tubular, Cup locks, Lehar Ring type, Suspended & Mobile) and tools used for scaffolding.

12th Pass & competent person, having 1-3 years experience in Blasting & Painting in petrochemical /refinery industries.

• Awareness of HSE precautions to be taken at Site as per the nature of job.
• Ability to handle work force deployed for execution of job.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma having 3-5 year’s experience in Quantity estimation, and measurements in Construction industry.

Prerequisites

• Adequate knowledge on dimensions and technical properties of structural steel, pipes and plates used in the construction industry.
• Conversant with methods for calculating surface area and weight.
• Ability to understand and interpret various drawings used in the construction industry.
• Preparation of measurement sheets and summary.
• Certification of the measurement prepared in consultation with client / consultant.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of HSE standards.
