Awarded a Rope Access job from AM/NS for structural steel fabrication and side sheeting works at HSM-2, AM/NS Hazira, further strengthening our portfolio in work-at-height industrial projects.

Major Completion at NPCIL – Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant (KKNPP 3–6)
Successfully completed 1,64,000 sqm of abrasive blasting and application of seven-coat protective and antifouling systems using plural component spray equipment for Hydro Technical Structures (HTS) in seawater contact zones, under NPCIL at the KKNPP 3 to 6 Project in Kudankulam, Tamil Nadu.

Partnership with World’s Largest Coastal Steelmaking Facility
HEERU proudly associated with Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel (AM/NS), Hazira, home to the world’s largest single-site coastal steelmaking facility, contributing to key surface preparation and painting activities.

HEERU has embarked upon a new Business Vertical for Rope Access System and is certified as Rope Access Operative Member of IRATA International, a global accreditation body in this Industrial field.

Accredited for ISO 14001: 2015, an environmental management system which helps improve their environmental performance through more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste, gaining a competitive advantage and the trust of stakeholders.

Commenced a new Business Vertical for Passive Fire Protection (PFP).

Set up Eco-friendly Workshop & Central Warehouse at GIDC Savli, Gujarat.

Associated with prestigious PETRONAS RAPID Refinery Project in Malaysia for 44 No.’s Tanks, associated Structures & Piping and completed the same well within the stipulated construction schedule.

HEERU was awarded landmark J3 Refinery project from RIL, involving 90,000 MT of Steel Structures & 9, 00,000 m² of Piping at their Jamnagar Manufacturing Division (JMD).

Journey of Overseas Project started with Indian Oil Tanking Limited (IOTL) – IL & FS Prime Tank Project.

Successfully completed entire surface preparation & coating jobs for ONGC Petro Additions Limited (OPAL), Dahej, Gujarat valuing 6 Million USD. (2012)

Was chosen to execute World’s largest on-site TSAC (Thermal Spray Aluminum Coating) with 60,000 m2 of Piping from Samsung Engineering Ltd, OPAL (ONGC Petro Additions Ltd) which was first of its kind for HEERU as well.

Awarded Refinery Project from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) at Paradip, Odisha valuing 3.8 Million USD. (2010)

Introduced Automated Blasting Machine (ABM) for Project site for Surface preparation which was first of its kind in India.

Order for Surface Preparation & Coating job for Guru Govind Singh Refinery Project was awarded by HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited (HMEL), valuing 2.9 Million USD, at Bathinda, Punjab.

India’s 1^st Organization in its sector was certified for ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001.

Associated with the Landmark Project for HCE (Shell) at Hazra, Surat.

Completed in all respects 232 KM Under-ground (UG) Pipe Joint Coating Project of JLPL.
